Providing grinding plants of outstanding quality – that’s what we do every day. Since 1925 Christian Pfeiffer has been making a name for the company as a developer and manufacturer of system components for grinding plants. Today we also plan and construct complete plants for our customers, invariably with convincing flexibility and punctual delivery.
Making grinding processes as efficient as possible is a science in itself – one to which we dedicate our entire expertise and spirit of innovation. Our engineers look closely at our customers' needs relating to grinding and separating processes, then work out solutions that are precisely oriented to the requirements of the respective production situation – no matter whether it is construction of a complete grinding plant, the extension of an existing plant, for example with a separator, or fitting with additional mill equipment.
EFFICIENT PROCESSES? This is what the numbers say!
Christian Pfeiffer plans and constructs grinding plants all around the world. Our staff demonstrate their experience and skills in numerous different projects, which always finish with an exact analysis: How efficiently does the new plant produce? Or how can we work to improve the productivity of an existing plant?
+ 14.5 %
– 13.8 %
In the Schelklingen cement plant, for example, by modernizing the separator we increased throughput by 14.5%, and reduced the specific energy need for the grinding plant by 13.8%.
Almost a century of experience and expertise
What began in 1925 as a workshop for producing parts for the cement industry has after nearly a century become a world-renowned expert for grinding plants and their system components. Christian Pfeiffer is today a market leader in grinding technology.
