For ball mills, the process-optimized equipment with the mill internals is absolutely crucial. This is because the combination of diaphragm, shell lining, and ball charge has an immense influence on plant operation, specific energy consumption, and product quality.

Precise separators

High-performance separators are specially adapted to the grinding plant. This not only creates significant energy saving potentials for the mill, but also increases production capacities and creates opportunities to manufacture different products. If the grinding plant does not yet have a separator, the energy savings potential can be as high as 50%. Modernization of an existing separator can also make good sense.
