How our grinding plants are tailored to the requirements of the cement industry:
A space-saving and process-oriented arrangement of the equipment offers advantages on many levels: Space, smooth production processes, short distances and of course energy saving potentials!
For ball mills, the process-optimized equipment with the mill internals is absolutely crucial. This is because the combination of diaphragm, shell lining, and ball charge has an immense influence on plant operation, specific energy consumption, and product quality.
High-performance separators are specially adapted to the grinding plant. This not only creates significant energy saving potentials for the mill, but also increases production capacities and creates opportunities to manufacture different products. If the grinding plant does not yet have a separator, the energy savings potential can be as high as 50%. Modernization of an existing separator can also make good sense.

The SORTER
The sorter classifies reliably the grinding balls according to their size. Broken balls are sorted out.
The PROTECTOR
The foreign matter trap protector sorts out unwanted metal pieces while passing an airslide.
The COOLER
reduces the product temperature after processing and thus increases product quality.
The INJECTOR
A water injection system is the easiest and most effective way to control the temperature during grinding in the mill.
